Overcoming Fatigue
Fatigue is a state of exhaustion, loss of energy, strength or endurance, increased discomfort and decreased efficiency resulting from prolonged or excessive exertion and involves an abnormally low vitality to respond to stimulation. Often there is no evidence of another illness.
Fatigue may be constant, beginning in the morning after a full night's sleep, or it may build rapidly during the day until by nightfall the sufferer feels utterly exhausted.
