Brain Performance Analysis
Your answers relate to how you feel and perform, so we treat them as health-related information. The analysis is educational and is not a diagnosis.
Team Snapshots for employers
When an organisation books a Team Snapshot, each person’s individual results are private to them and are never shared with the employer. Employers receive only an anonymised team report, produced only for groups of eight or more.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We use trusted services to run the business:
- Stripe: payment processing
- beehiiv: newsletter and ebook sales
- Hostinger: website hosting and email delivery
- Google Workspace: email
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, under appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to 2 years after our last contact. Payment records: 6 years, as required for tax. Clinical records: in line with professional guidance for health records. Newsletter details: until you unsubscribe. [Confirm retention periods.]
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for a copy to take elsewhere, and withdraw consent at any time. Email alan@bodymindenergetics.com.
